Wednesday evenings are for experienced frame drummers 

Frame drums are recommended but the practice can be adapted to other styles of drums

This weekly circle is for experienced frame drummers. We will be playing traditional rhythms along with learning new longer patterns in both the lap-style and upright playing positions. 

This style of drumming practice is ceremonial and includes rhythm play, ancient feminine history, contemplations, meditation, mudra, mythology, and ritual, of sacred drumming.
