Have you ever wanted to learn to play an instrument or create a meditation practice?

Well, now you can do both.

You will learn to play the frame drum or expand your playing techniques and skillset in a unique system that teaches you to approach learning to play the frame drum as a fun, powerful, devoted, and sacred practice.

You will discover ways to use a frame drumming practice for creative self-expression, emotional recalibration, brain optimization, potential community building, meditation, joyful music-making, and more, depending on your intention and focus.

This course is the culmination of over 20+ years of intensive study and dedication to this art form and the history of the drum as I have researched it from many fascinating angles.

This program is truly a first of its kind, and there is nothing else out there that combines all these elements in a way that will give you a wonderful and possibly life-changing foundation in music-making with the sacred frame drum!

My primary frame drum teacher, the late Layne Redmond, author of the book "When the Drummers Were Women," lovingly and persistently encouraged me to share these teachings. One of my main intentions with sharing this practice is to honor Layne's legacy and generosity.

If you're ready to expand your horizons in the new year and you're feeling the call to the frame drum, here is your invitation to join a supportive global circle to learn about the art and rhythms, history, and healing potential of the frame drum!

All you need is a frame drum, your heartbeat, and a sense of adventure for learning...join us on the rhythmic journey...!

We begin on 1/25/23 at 1:00 PM PST.
